Position: Fund Accountant

Contract: 6 months
Hourly Rate £14.50 + Holiday Pay

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Fund Accountant to join a premier investment services organisation initially on a 6 month contract. You will work as part of the busy, dynamic Fund Accounting team.

The Fund Accounting team is responsible for generating, validating, and releasing NAV share prices for clients whilst maintaining an accurate accounting record. Additionally, the Fund Accounting Team is responsible for client servicing with respect to NAV calculation and reporting.

The Fund Accountant is an integral member of the Fund Accounting team and you will be responsible for the daily collection and verification of the various components of the NAV in order to establish the final NAV position. The role will be undertaken to strict reporting deadlines and will involve interaction with the various teams.

To be considered for this excellent Fund Accountant opportunity it is essential that you solid Fund Accounting experience including NAV Validation experience coupled with a good understanding of investment operations. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
