Commodities OTC Confirmation - Trade Support - London Docklands - £20per hour

A prestigious international investment bank, who are very well considered in London requires a professional Commodities OTC Confirmation or Trade Support to work in their Docklands based team.

The Commodities Trade Support analyst will join a dynamic team within Commodities, responsible for critical aspects of trade confirmation process, from identifying and escalating trade discrepancies to providing key external client support. The role is cross product, covering Oil, Coal, Freight, Agriculture, Base and Precious Metals, Electricity, UK Natural Gas and Emissions, both OTC Derivatives and Physical.

As a successful Commodities Trade Support analyst , you will be responsible for:
. Risk mitigation via Market Blotter Checks versus Risk system checks (T+0 timeframe)
. Risk mitigation via 3rd party (Broker) checks versus Risk System checks (T+1 timeframe)
. Monitoring electronic matching trade breaks. (T+0 timeframe)
. Escalate misbookings/breaks within set time frame.
. Handle queries from both the Desk, external Clients and other internal clients regarding deals.
. Control checks on trader activities + Enact escalation process for trader activities
. Deliver quality service to firm focus clients

You must have previous experience working with the products listed above and have past trade support experience. Derivatives knowledge including complex and structured products is an advantage, as is a basic understanding of ISDA.
