Position: Senior Facilities Building Manager
Location: London, City
Salary: To £45k + Excellent Benefits

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Facilities Building Manager to join a leading property management and integrated FM service provider. The Senior Facilities Building Manager will oversee the building management functions within a prestigious newly built commercial building in Central London. The Senior Facilities Building Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mobilisation of FM services to this new building, including both hard & soft FM services.The Senior Facilities Building Manager will oversee all FM service's on behalf of the landlord, ensuring that an outstanding customer facing FM / property management service is offered to the new tenants.

The Senior Facilities Building Manager must have experience within a building/property management role along with experience of writing and setting up service charge budgets. The Senior Facilities Building Manager must therefore have excellent numeracy and budgetary skills. The Senior Facilities Building Manager will also be NEBOSH qualified and will be extremely commercial in terms of recognising new business opportunities and maximising FM services offered to clients. The Senior Facilities Building Manager will oversee and appoint key sub-contractors and must therefore have a track record in tendering, appointing and mobilising contracts for key FM suppliers.

The Senior Facilities Building Manager will also have experience of managing a facilities / building management team and will be credible in terms of manging the team effectively and liaising with the client and senior management.
