Our client, a leading International Broker/Dealer are looking to recruit a Corporate Actions Supervisor to join their growing team.

The team is in the process of growing and initially as a Corporate Actions Supervisor you will be getting involved with the day to processing as well as being involved in improving and developing the Corporate Action processing methods and controls.

As the team grows you will then be able to use your extensive supervisory experience to step away from the processing and ensure that the function is run in a control focused and efficient manner.

Candidates with the following experience will be considered -

* Good standard of education (pref. Degree level);
* Broad and thorough understanding of markets / CAs (all types);
* Tax related knowledge;
* Preferably current or recent practical / directly supervisory CA involvement;
* Substantial experience. Likely to be a recognised subject expert / achiever in CAs and have reached a supervisor / assistant manager level in a medium / large investment house or equivalent;
* Preferably previous experience of a high volume / value CA operation;
* Effective communication skills, written and oral;
* Enthusiastic, confident team player ;
* Capability to handle the challenges of controlling CAs and developing systems in a high volume environment;
* Preferably Euroclear/CREST CA knowledge;
* PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
