A leading investment bank, seeks a professional Sales Support Senior Analyst to join the team asap
This Sales Support Senior Analyst role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, hard-working team, with excellent opportunities for development. The Sales Support Senior Analyst will play a vital role in the sales support department, who are responsible for acting as a point of contact for the Front Office Sales teams, Various business units and external customers, representing all areas of Operations

As a successful Sales Support Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Providing a central point of contact for Front Office personnel and corporate counterparties for all queries, investigations and other Operations specific requests.
Identifying issues and queries for the processing team to resolve
Producing Management Information for the area including the maintenance of an issues log and collation of monthly statistics.
Managing process for corporate customer non-receipts.
Developing new and strengthen existing working relationships with your peers in other Treasury business units in order to meet the ongoing and changing needs of the business.
Delivering an excellent standard of customer service and ensure you remain up to date with constantly evolving processes.

You will ideally have good experience in sales or client support and strong communication skills. You will also need a good working knowledge of an Operations environment e.g. a good understanding of nostro account reconciliation and cash management processes; An understanding of the financial markets and instruments, - particularly treasury products and derivatives, including processing techniques and settlement conventions / market practices, product related documentation.
