Position: Building Facilities Co-ordinator
Location: London, City
Salary: To £28,000 + Benefits
This is an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Building Co-ordinator to join a property firm, who manage building and integrated FM services within prestigious commercial multi-tenanted buildings for high profile and corporate clients across the globe.
Reporting to the Building Facilities Manager, the successful Building Facilities Co-ordinator will be the face of this high profile multi-tenanted commercial building in the City of London, dealing with day-to-day building and facilities issues including both hard and soft services. The Building Facilities Co-ordinator will be involved in dealing with contractors and in-house staff for the following services; maintenance, M&E, cleaning, landscaping, security and front of house. The Building Facilities Co-ordinator must therefore be a confident communicator with a track record in a customer facing facilities or building management role.
The Building Facilities Co-ordinator must also have a strong knowledge of health and safety compliance within a building management environment, ideally holding a IOSH or NEBOSH H&S qualification. It would also be an advantage if the Building Facilities Co-ordinator has some experience in fit-out projects.
The Building Facilities Co-ordinator must already have experience working for a property management firm / managing agent, within a corporate client facing environment. The Facilities Co-ordinator will have a good knowledge of both hard and soft services and dealing with contractors. It will also be advantageous if the Building Facilities Co-ordinator has a good knowledge of service charge budgets.
