Position: Facility Co-ordinator
Location: Wemmel, BeNeLux Region, Belgium
Salary: 30,000 euros + Benefits

A exciting opportunity for a Facility Co-ordinator to join a global facilities and real estate firm. The Facility Co-ordinator will be part of a team delivering an outstanding operational Facility Management service to multiple corporate client sites in the BeNeLux Region of Belgium.
The Facility Co-ordinator will actively support the EMEA FM Team in the day to day delivery of the FM service and will provide office support to the team in relation to all FM matters.

The Facility Co-ordinator will be based in client offices in Wemmel, Belgium and will be responsible for supporting and delivering facility services to the client on a day-to-day basis, dealing with hard and soft services, FM helpdesk, space planning, contractors, health and safety and general administration for the FM team including dealing with invoices and budgets.
The successful facilities co-ordinator will already have work experience in a Facility Management related position and will be looking to progress within their career in FM and must have a good knowledge of English and local language, both verbal and written.
