A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager. The role is a key part of the Reward team and requires someone with extensive Compensation experience, ideally gained in financial services.
The role
- Advice senior stakeholders on all elements of compensation ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times
- Supervise all elements the company stock plans, short and long term incentive plans and annual compensation review
- Design and develop policies and procedures where appropriate
- Use extensive knowledge of reward to develop timely and innovative solutions' in response to business needs
- Provide effective MI and analysis as required by senior stakeholders
The successful candidate will have extensive Compensation and Reward knowledge. A good knowledge of financial service is essential and previous experience in working in a global business will be an advantage.
