• Exotic Commodity Product Control VP

• City of London £65,000 - £75,000 p/a Permanent

This Global Investment Bank currently seeks a Senior Exotic Commodity Product Controller to be primarily responsible for managing the Exotic/Structured Derivatives Commodity Product Control team.

Key Responsibilities include:
*Managing team responsibilities such as the analysis of the P&L's, PAA, position control, review with traders, explanation of daily and monthly P&L movements to management and ensuring adequate controls are in place to support a rapidly growing business.
*Oversight/assistance with the review and analysis of complex trades for pricing, reserving and control issues. This will include frequent interaction with Traders, Middle Office, Risk Management and Accounting Policy
*Foster a good professional relationship with the trading desks including regular face-to-face contact.
*Managing of projects and initiatives within the Commodity Derivatives Product Control team. Participation in wider Product Control level initiatives and Business led projects.


To be considered for this role, you will ideally be a qualified accountant with specific Commodity Product Control experience in a leading Investment Bank. You will be educated to degree level with a detailed understanding of Commodity products and markets with a proven man management track record.
