Position: Facilities Property Manager
Location: Southampton, Hampshire.
Salary: To £38,000 + Benefits + Car Allowance

A Facilities Property Manager is required by a leading Property management and FM service provider to oversee a portfolio of high profile multi-tenanted commercial buildings within the Southampton / Hampshire region.

The successful Facilities Property Manager must have experience of managing a multi-site portfolio, overseeing both hard and soft services including, cleaning, front of house, security, M&E and maintenance in a similar building management role. The Facilities Property Manager must also have a working knowledge of service charge budgets, and experience of managing outsourced contractors. It is also key that the Facilities Property Manager is fully coherent with health and safety legislation's within a building management environment, and will ideally hold a IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

The Facilities Property Manager must already have experience working for a managing agent or commercial property management firm or FM Service provider. The Facilities Property Manager will be a true communicator with excellent customer facing skills and the ability to manage an outstanding FM service to clients and tenants.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious FM to join a rapidly growing global property business, who have recently won a number of high profile FM contracts within landmark buildings across the UK.

The Facilities Property Manager must also be willing to travel and will hold a full UK Driving License.
