A highly regarded, global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Comp and Bens Analyst. The role, reporting into the Head of HR, will involve the development of employee benefits along with the review and continued development of employee reward scheme.

The key components of the role:
- Take charge of annual bonus process
- Ensure effective annual compensation benchmarking is carried out
- Over see the administration of employee share scheme
- Provide effective MI and analysis as required by senior stakeholders

The ideal candidate ideal candidate will have proven experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally gained in financial or professional services. Practical knowledge of shares/options schemes is essential.
