I am currently seeking an Insurance Claims Technician for my client based in the City of London.

Working on behalf of insurance clients, within an experienced and dedicated team, you will be responsible for adjusting a caseload of claims from first advice to final settlement for a number of classes of business.

The purpose of the Claims Technician role will be to process claims on the ECF system, build and maintain effective client relationships and liaise with Underwriters and Brokers to process claims. In order to fulfil the duties of this technical role, candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a team environment. You must also have good communication skills and be able to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate for this role will have some relevant experience in a technical claims role, ideally from the Lloyd's or London market (Underwriting Company, Syndicate or Broker). It would also be beneficial to have a working knowledge of ECF and CLASS.
