Position: Building Facilities Manager
Location: West London / Middlesex - Would suit candidates living in the Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Surrey Hertfordshire or West London areas
Salary: To £36,000 + Benefits

A Building Facilities Manager is required by a leading Property management and FM service provider to oversee a high profile multi-tenanted commercial building in Middlesex.

The successful Building Facilities Manager must have experience of managing and implementing both hard and soft services including, cleaning, front of house, security, M&E and maintenance in a similar FM role. The Building Facilities Manager must also have a working knowledge of service charge budgets, and experience of managing outsourced contractors. It is also key that the Building Facilities Manager is fully coherent with health and safety legislation's within a building management environment, and will ideally hold a IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

The Building Facilities Manager must already have experience working for a managing agent or commercial property management firm and will be a true communicator with excellent customer facing skills and the ability to manage an outstanding FM service to clients and tenants.

The Building Facilities Manager must be organised and efficient with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take on new responsibilities The Building Facilities Manager Will also have excellent financial and contract management skills, along with a desire to provide an excellent customer service.

CANDIDATES WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF THEY ALREADY HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGING AGENT OR PROPERTY FIRM, DEALING WITH SERVICE CHARGES AND TENDERING SUB-CONTRACTS. APPLICATIONS WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
