• Corporate Actions Analyst - Event Capture

This opportunity for a skilled Corporate Actions Analyst has arisen within a highly respected top tier Investment Bank.

The corporate actions team is currently witnessing an increased volume of business and are keen to expand the current knowledge within the business. This role, in particular, requires strong event capture experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Collate / Interpret information on Corporate Action events from Agent Banks.
*Verify and complete additional event data using various feeds.
*Notify clients and traders of all issue types including election issues.
*Liaise with different processing departments ensure consistent approach to deadlines.
*Accurately diarise event critical dates within the Corporate Action daily event calendar.


The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous event capture experience gained from a high volume banking institution. The ability to work under pressure is essential, as is confident and effective communication skills.
