Position: Assistant Maintenance & Facilities Technician
Location: London, North London, Kings Cross Area
Salary: Up to £25,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a ambitious and hands-on Assistant Maintenance & Facilities Technician to join a media firm in the Kings Cross area.

The Assistant Maintenance & Facilities Technician will have experience working within a facilities team and must be naturally hands-on and practical as they will be responsible for maintenance duties and physical tasks, including; painting and decorating, fixing desks and chairs, changing light bulbs etc. The Assistant Maintenance & Facilities Technician must therefore be confident in using maintenance tools, including electric drills, spanners etc and general maintenance & electrical tools that you would find in a tool box.

Working as part of the facilities team, the Assistant Maintenance & Facilities Technician will be bright and enthusiastic with a confident personality. The Assistant Maintenance & Facilities Technician will support the facilities team and ensure that they offer employees a excellent customer focused FM service, dealing with any day-to-day FM and maintenance issues efficiently. It is also essential that the Assistant Maintenance & Facilities Technician is computer literate and MUST be able to use window packages including; word, excel and e-mail.
