Position: Engineering Facilities Manager
Location: London, City
Salary: To £50,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity for a engineering or technical services manager to join the FM team of a leading global corporate organisation in the City. Reporting into a Senior FM, the successful Engineering Facilities Manager will be the main point of contact for engineering and M&E services within their prestigious offices on day-to-day basis. The Engineering Facilities Manager will oversee the tender process for outsourced engineering contracts and will be responsible for managing a small in-house engineering team.

The successful Engineering Facilities Manager must have a bias to engineering M&E services and will be knowledgeable in power and air-conditioning systems and will ideally possess an engineering / M&E qualification. The Engineering Facilities Manager will also have a commercial acumen, with the ability to add value for money.

The Engineering Facilities Manager will be extremely customer focused with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

The successful Engineering Facilities Manager will ideally have a engineering/FM background in a corporate banking or professional services environment and experience in high-pressured environments.
