An established, market leading financial services organisation based in Docklands are currently searching for HR Manager. This role, which manages a client group of over 300 people, supervises one member of staff and reports in to the UK HR Director. The role will suit a candidate with previous experience of working in a full generalist capacity and someone who is used to working in a fast paced, demanding environment.

The role
-Provide day to day HR support to client group on all areas of HR policy and procedure
-Support management teams in their people planning strategy
-Ensure resourcing is executed efficiently and effectively
-Manage global mobility activities
-Develop and manage relationship with key HR stakeholders

The person
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and have previous experience in a Business Partner/HR Manager role. Knowledge of the financial services sector is desirable but not essential
