An exceptional Corporate Actions Supervisor is being sought by one of the largest global investment banks in the world.

This position offers an outstanding opportunity for a talented and ambitious candidate to join the leadership of a pace-setting business.

Key responsibilities include:

*Supervise the Voluntary Corporate Action processing team to achieve good results in a positive environment
*Participate in department recruitment
*Effectively organise the work of the team
*Carry out the authorisation of market instructions prior to agent deadlines
*Ensure all events are reconciled and processed by your team on the key processing date
*Adhere to controls and procedures to reduce risk
*Identify training requirements for staff and provide them with the tools to develop their ability to carry out their role to a high level of efficiency and accuracy
*Maintain risk within the levels set by the management team
*Meet or exceed SLA standards in relation to query responses
*Monitor performance and provide feedback through regular one-to-one's and appraisals
*Provide input to and support of projects and business initiatives
*Make recommendations and implement process improvements
*Develop relationships with key contacts beyond Asset Services

The successful applicant with possess strong corporate actions processing experience, ideally covering all global markets, and you will currently be at the level of Supervisor or Team Leader. A proven track record of setting team objectives, being involved with recruitment and completing appraisals will be essential.
