A talented Performance Manager is required by a leading Fund Management firm based in Edinburgh. This company is one of the largest and most successful active investment managers in the UK and enjoy a strong brand presence in both Retail and Institutional markets. They have shown remarkable resilience to market conditions and as such have continued to attract and retain top industry talent. As part of their continued development their Investment Management Services department is currently looking to bring on board an experienced Manager for their Performance Measurement Team. The Performance Team is responsible for provision of performance and attribution analysis across the asset classes which supports the investment process and client reporting respectively. As Manager of this team you will take responsibility for the performance and development of the team to ensure a first class service is delivered to the business. To apply for this role you will have experience in all aspects of performance measurement covering specific areas such as multiple attribution methodologies, have knowledge of a range of financial instruments and strong operational process and re-engineering. As this is a leadership position the successful applicant will have operated at supervisory level.
