A highly regarded P&I Club are currently on the lookout for a Business Services Director to be responsible for implementing and driving forward a number of changes and improvements to their Customer Services function. The ideal candidate will be coming from a similar background and be able to bring on board ideas as to how the company can change and develop. You will have a background in Insurance and have the personality and charisma to enact changes and developments without causing problems.
