Our client are a top tier investment bank who currently seek a Change Co-ordinator to join the Derivatives Product Control team.

Key Responsibilities include:
*Program management - Over the course of the program the job holder will be required to meet a number of deliverables, e.g. requirements documentation, testing of spreadsheet migrations or data flow changes.
*Process change - To ensure change program optimises the benefit from the change programs, the Derivatives Change Co-ordinator will be required to assist the line groups in delivering process change without compromising control.
*Program Administration - Preparation of regular reports to management and governance forums detailing the status of the program and deliverables
*Relationship building - The product control Derivative Change Co-ordinator will be expected to work with Management and Line to ensure there is clear communication/understanding of each groups objectives and barriers to achieving these.

To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with Banking/Finance industry experience, previous experience in supporting/delivering change in a Derivatives trading environment and a broad understanding of Product control, financial control and operations functional processes
