HR Business Partner, Canary Wharf 9 month - Contract £300 per day
A Bank located in Canary Wharf requires an experienced HR Business partner to provide HR advisory, strategic and tactical support to client groups located within the bank. Your HR expertise will be required in the following areas staffing, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Promotion, Benefits, Diversity and Relocation.

As the Business Partner you will be required to Partner with Senior Executives, Managers and individual employees on delivering pro-active HR solutions to meet strategic business needs
You will also be required to interpret and implement company policies and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure compliance with all appropriate local laws and regulations.

Additional Business Partner duties will include advise and counsel managers on performance and conflict resolution. Effective management of employee relations issues (e.g. grievances, employee litigation, redundancy, deployment, staff terminations).
This is a hands on role rather than a strategic position. Previous extensive Financial Services experience is essential along with HR Business Partner experience.
