In the role of equity swaps business analyst you will work for the equity swaps business area which sits in the wider world of equity operations and middle office. You will join a specialist team and be responsible for all BA functionality.

You must currently work in an equity swaps business analysis type function and ideally have exposure to STP projects, working with external providers. You will be responsible for traditional business analysis functions from gathering and documenting user requirements through to any UAT, training and post implementation analysis..

You should have proven business analysis and equity swap product knowledge, in addition knowledge of securities operations and stock lending would be highly advantageous.

You will be a dynamic and communicative individual with a motivated and analytical approach and a proven track record in analysis and gathering requirements and working with business partners.
