Position: Corporate Actions Administrator

A leading, global financial services organisation is looking for experienced Corporate Actions Administrators to joins Its Glasgow operations. Enjoying a period of steady growth our client is currently looking to strengthen its Corporate Actions Team.

Key responsibilities will include:

-Accurate processing and updating of all client entitlements resulting from a Corporate Action in accordance with strict guidelines and departmental procedures
- Maintenance of the Corporate Actions electronic diary
- Accurate and documented reconciliation of client holdings and entitlements.
- Investigation/clearance of any stock or cash differences occurring during the processing of an event
- Provision of Corporate Action information to investment management and other third parties
- Administration of issues and execution of investment decisions for both internally and externally managed funds
-Assisting with the development

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you will be an experienced Corporate Actions administrator who has experience of UK and Overseas Corporate Actions, Processing Placings, Underwritings, Buy Backs, IPO's & Proxy Voting. You must be able to work to tight deadlines within a pressurised environment.
