This excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Process Improvement Consultant has arisen within a top-tier Fund Management firm. Our client is one of the UK's most prominent Financial Services employers who have built their reputation on outstanding customer services and innovative product development. Their Process Transformation Team are responsible for driving change using Six Sigma and Lean methodology and provide process analysis, design and improvement services to the business. As a Process Improvement Consultant within the team you will be identifying, leading and managing process improvements across the business, using Lean methodologies to identify problems, the associated root causes and implementing solutions which address fundamental issues within the process. To apply for the role you will have strong process analysis and improvements experience gained within a Financial Services (ideally Investment Management) environment. A Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation and demonstrable DMAIC methodology, analysis and design experience highly desirable. In addition to these skills the successful applicants will have first class relationship building & communication skills as the role engages with a range of stakeholder across the entire business.
