A European Equities Operations Manager is required for the Operations department at a prestigious brokerage house. The role is based in London.

The European equities operations manager reports to the operations manager for Europe. The European equities operations manager will work within the operations department, which is responsible for overseeing the post-execution trade lifecycle from trade entry to client invoicing as well as management reporting.

The successful operations manager will understand the requirements of traders and executors to ensure maximum utilisation of the infrastructure. They will continually analyse how the system is being used and suggest process and improvements. They will manage projects from concept to delivery within the equities middle office.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent project management / business analysis track record. The operations manager must have equity trade support manager experience, and a good understanding of Fidessa systems. Strong cash equity market knowledge is required.
