A leading investment bank, with a strong global presence seeks a professional Commission Management Client services Analyst urgenty

This Commission Management Client services role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, hard-working team of 3 people, covering UK & European clients of the International Equity Division. Products covered are cash, programs, electronic, swap and give-up trading. with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development. The Commission Management Client services will play a vital role in the Commission Management Group.

As a successful Commission Management Client servicesAnalyst , you will be responsible for:
- Respond to client queries on account balances, including credit activity by working with Traders, CMG Business Unit and Controllers.
- Reconcile monthly trade files from clients against Morgan Stanley records. Investigate eligibility of trades and confirm correct credit is being accrued. Will involve manual calculations and adjustments.
- Produce monthly statements and send out to clients
- Provide feedback to IT group on system development needs. Assist in the testing and implementation of system and process improvements.
- Maintain a steady and reliable flow of communication with Global CSG and Business Unit in London.

You will ideally have outstanding client services experience ideally in commission management and Experience in Derivative products would be an advantage but not essential; and candidates must be able to demonstrate basic Business Knowledge of Operations.

The ideal candidate will be a focused individual who takes responsibility for allocated tasks. Consistently highlights problems and errors and prepared to voice their concerns to Senior Management and should be able to effectively multi-task, whilst using good judgement in the prioritisation of work. Advanced Excel skills is a necessity, database knowledge would be of great use. (eg Visual Basic)
