A superb contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Administration Manager with a leading Fund Management House for an individual to play an integral role within their International Business Development Department. This role is provisionally for a 10 month contract.

The responsibilities of the Business Administration Manager are:

- Working closely and coordinating all reporting activity with both senior management and regional heads in US, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Ensure goals and direction of departments are in line with global business strategy and corporate profiles
- Oversee all aspects of financial and administrative reporting for business line
- Oversee and manage business/financial analyst based in India
- Maintain and Report on divisional financials, sales, redemption, cross selling, revenue and headcount targets
- Analyse business line data, summarise and present findings/trends to division president and global/regional heads
- Responsible for handling all ad hoc business line data analysis and reporting projects
- Manage and drive the development of the divisions monthly operating report and requirements for the board meeting

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in Financial Accounting, Business and Project Planning within financial services
- Ideally will have experience in management reporting and financial analysis
- Budgeting and Financial Forecasting Experience
- Strong analytical and excel skills are essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
