A Client Service Clerk is required for a leading European investment bank. The role is based in London.

The client services middle-office is responsible for both the trade support/amendments and P&L production, as well as the client service for all the firm's activities traded in London.

The role focuses on documentation & confirmation of all OTC trades: you will be providing clients with mark to market statements on request (from client/marketer) and setting up of regular subscriptions. You will be investigating client queries on statement with trading / marketing / middle office. You will also be sending confirmations against blotter/term-sheets/tickets/booking where possible.

The ideal candidate will have solid commodity experience of OTC products, ISDAs, and confirmations processes. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail is essential for this position. We seek candidates with good communication skills for assisting clients requests with trade queries and explaining and resolving problems.
