Our Client is a hugely successful FM and Energy services organisation. Reporting to the commercial director, this is pivotal role in the London region.

The main responsibilities for this role will include the effective growth of the company in terms of contract base and business development through nurturing current business and utilising every potential sales opportunity, regular reporting on progress, producing forecasts and setting targets.

Applicants must have a proven background in sales and have client facing experience within the FM industry - operating up to senior heads of function. In addition to this, applicants must be fully conversant with all Microsoft Office packages, have excellent communication/presentation skills and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism at all times.
