Learning and Development Specialist - Front Office- Docklands
Leading Investment Bank
50-55k p.a + London weighting +superb benefits package

A distinctive, market leading global investment bank is looking to add a Learning and Development Manager to their team supporting the banks Front Office operation. Reporting to the Head of Front Office recruitment the role will involve exposure to all aspects of the learning cycle and will take a focus on career development and management.

The role
- Liaise with key stakeholders and relationship teams to help identify appropriate development for the business lines
- Analysis and evaluation of course feedback ensuring training is continually improved
- Provide bespoke courses were required
- Ensure best practice is leveraged across the business

The person/requirements
- Significant experience in the L&D ideally this will be gained in a financial services or blue chip environment
- CIPD/Graduate preferred
- A knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage
