Position: Investment Data Processor - Edinburgh, City Centre
Rate: £8.50 per hour

A position has arisen for an data processor within investments to work alongside one of the worlds most prolific banking organisations. The investment data processor will be responsible for posting futures and options to the system and reconciling broker statements. This would be an excellent opportunity for a good numerical graduate (Mathematics, Economics and Accountancy) looking to secure an entry level role in the investment industry. It would also be a good opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in investment and banking.

Responsibilities of the Investment Data Processor:

- Reconciling broker statements and inputting to database

- Posting cash entries and futures and options trades to the system

- Ensuring system balance on house system after all movements reconciles with broker statements

- Investigating balance error and duly resolving inconsistencies

- Input futures and options trading input to database

Background of the Investment Data Processor:

- Excellent numerical ability

- Good IT skills

This is a temp position for a Investment Data Processor paying £8.50 per hour. This is a Monday - Friday role.
