Prime Brokerage Client Service - City of London - £25per hour

A prestigious investment bank, who are one of the leading Banks in the City. is looking for an experienced client Services candidate to service it's hedge fund and Investment manager clients for its Prime Brokerage department.

This Position role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, high-profile team, with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development. The Position will play a important role in the Prime Brokerage team and they hope to offer clients an unparalleled level of service in post sales interaction with the Bank.
As a successful client service representative, you will be responsible for:
Front to back operational processes and controls for assigned clients
Manage swap resets and payment processes across multiple asset classes and markets, by working with clients
Ensure accurate and timely booking of transactions
Resolve reconciliation issues
Assist clients with understanding web-based reports
Advise details on all client corporate action bookings through liaison with trade support, trading and corporate actions department
Resolve client issues
Collect product enhancement ideas from clients and work with IT to implement.
Significant contact with the Sales and Trading desks to resolve queries and support client visits
Build and maintain strong relationship with assigned clients

You will ideally have previous experience in a Prime Brokerage role and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Derivative products is also preferable. This role of Position has excellent development opportunities and is a temp to perm opportunity.
