Derivative Documentation Clerk - City of London - £28 per hour

A leading investment bank, who have a strong presence in the City requires an experienced Derivative Documentation Clerk to supervise the outsourced team of its Documentation department.

This Derivative Documentation Clerk role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, hard-working team, with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development. The Derivative Documentation Clerk will play a vital role in the department, managing the team and dealing with any escalated issues. The role is temporary due to the expansion of the team.

As a successful Derivative Documentation Clerk, you will be responsible for

Provides a single point of contact for all counterparties. Being responsible for a specific allocation of counterparties, building a positive and proactive relationship with those counterparties to ensure they prioritise and focus on out standings.

Acts as an escalation point for both counterparty and internal clients. Liaise closely with Marketing, Trading, Middle Office, Legal and Client Service teams, escalating queries in a timely manner. Responsible for all verbal and written communication with the Front Office.

Monitoring of outstanding trade population and escalation point for all issues internally within Operations to ensure workflow turnaround times are adhered to. This involves close interaction with the drafting & inbound teams globally and respective Middle Offices.

Provide ongoing coaching and development of staff

You will ideally have an excellent track-record in incoming documentation and strong interpersonal. supervisory skills are also preferable. This role of Derivative Documentation Clerk has excellent career prospects and is a temp to perm opportunity.
