Reconciliations Administrator - Brentwood/ Essex - 9.50ph

Reconciliations Administrator required to join a leading Global Custodian based in Brentwood who are based in 34 countries and 54 cities, servicing more than 100 markets with portfolios totaling $1.1 trillion.

Daily duties within this newly established Reconciliations team will include:-

- Complete daily Fund reconciliations for approximately 120 clients with multi currency portfolios.
- Investigate cash breaks & ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Process daily cash flows in accordance with email restrictions
- Project work as required
- Maintain a centralised log to monitor new clients, terminating clients & custodian changes

The ideal candidate will be the following:-

- Basic experience gained within Investment Banking, Custody or Asst Management
- Strong team player
- Highly enthusiastic in approach
- Can do attitude
- Good use of initiative
