This excellent opportunity for an Investment Accounting Department Manger has arisen within a highly respected global financial services firm. With a reputation for excellence in advice and execution on a global scale, our client is a leading asset management and securities services company, uniquely focused to help clients manage and move their financial assets and succeed in the rapidly changing global marketplace.

The Investment Accounting Department Manager will reports directly to the Head of Institutional Accounting, Europe. You will work in close cooperation with Institutional Accounting Department Managers across Europe and other Manchester Department Managers.

As an Investment Accounting Department Manager you will ensure the department provides a high quality service to our clients through continuous improvement initiatives, development of staff and understanding of client needs. Ownership of cost management to meet financial budgets through focus on department efficiencies.

You will participate in the design, development and delivery of market leading Accounting and Reporting products and services to International clients in order to provide our clients with a first class accounting and reporting service, leading presentations to potential and existing clients.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will have several years experience in Investment Accounting within a Fund Manager or Custodian. Ensuring the department provides a high quality service to our clients through continuous improvement initiatives, development of staff and understanding of client needs. Our client is seeking a qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA) with previous senior management experience.
