A Corporate Actions Manager is sought by one of the world's leading banks, which provides its clients with investment banking, private banking and asset management services worldwide.
Based in the London Docklands, the successful corporate actions manager's main duties and responsibilities will focus upon the day-to-day management of approximately half of the corporate actions team. The corporate actions manager will be ensuring controls are followed for corporate event processing, and managing staff and their career development.
Strong experience in an investment banking operations, or similar financial institution, is required for this role. The candidate will demonstrate experience of managing operations teams and an understanding of corporate actions at equities, fixed income and prime brokerage levels. A solid relevant corporate actions background is desirable.
