Receptionist - City - London - £22k to £23k + Benefits

An experienced Receptionist is required for a Global Financial services based in the heart of the city.

The successful candidate will be welcoming and providing a first class service to all clients and visitors. You will manage all the day to day duties on the main Reception and also offer support to the Manager.

You must have an excellent and polite telephone manner and be able to multi-task when necessary.

Main task and responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office
Collection and distribution of post, newspapers, milk, and breakfast for staff
Keeping the reception areas presentable
Answering a busy switchboard
Ordering and Maintaining stock levels for kitchen
Typing of Brochure request letters and sending brochures out
Updating information on to a data base
Collating and ordering of In-house weekly lunches
Reporting of any problems to the company's helpdesk
Covering holiday and absence work, i.e. arranging travel for staff and liaising with travel agency or booking online.

The successful Receptionist should have proven experience of working within a Financial organisation then apply on-line now!
