A Senior Compliance Training Consultant is required for an eminent international financial services provider, to be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all mandatory Compliance Training, including the Anti-Money Laundering curriculum, for all the firm's employees across EMEA.

The successful candidate will recommend compliance training programmes and delivery methods for employees in the locations outside the US. Key duties will be to manage the company's learning management system(s) for compliance training in non-US Locations including the enrolment of employees in e-learning programs; track and report completions; and produce regular compliance training metrics reports.

Strong experience in corporate learning and development and/or compliance training, including classroom delivery, is required for this role. You will have good experience with vendor-provided e-learning including selection/evaluation, content customization, large scale distribution, and tracking. Experience in project management is also essential.
