An Investment Compliance Monitoring Officer is required for the London Investment Compliance department of one of the UK's leading fund managers, and the forerunner in pan-European equities.

London investment compliance is responsible for portfolio and trading desk monitoring and compliance advice to UK/European investment teams, including fund managers, research analysts and trading desks, primarily European equity activities but also assisting multi manager, property and fixed income teams.

This role is a specialist compliance position, focussed on daily monitoring and thematic reviews supporting the firm's UK investment compliance monitoring programme. The environment is complex and the role expects advisory work as well as monitoring.

Good sizeable UK financial services firm compliance experience is essential for this role, as is a track record of successful experience with daily monitoring of equities and being responsible for planning/carrying out thematic reviews.

The ideal candidate will have solid academic, and further relevant professional qualifications (such as qualified/part-qualified CFA, SII, IAQ or similar).
