A Rates Hybrids Business Control Team is required for one of the world's leading investment banks.

The rates exotics & hybrids business provides sophisticated rates markets risk management solutions for the bank's clients. Products traded include exotic interest rate derivatives and hybrid structures, as well as vanilla hedging instruments.

This is a middle office role in the investment bank providing first-line support for the rates exotics & hybrids trading business and acting as a key point of contact for downstream groups. As a member of the rates hybrids business control team in London the key roles and responsibilities will focus on monitoring all controls associated with the rates hybrids transactions e.g. credit reconciliation and inter-entity reconciliation.

We are looking for applicants who display drive and enthusiasm, work well as part of a team and have strong communication skills. The ideal applicant will have strong derivatives experience, preferably within rates or exotics.
