An Operations Manager is sought for a prominent insurance firm. The role is based in London.

This is a management role to take responsibility for the operations team based in London. The team is responsible for investment products whereby all asset allocation and manager selection is fully delegated by the client. This service includes front to back office solution and client services, who cover implementation, reconciliation and reporting.

You will have management responsibility for the middle and back office of the operations team with full responsibility for the effectiveness of procedures and processes to ensure efficient operational functionality and, in co-ordination with the coo and heads of business, manage operational risks.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable skill set gained in operations, a proven team leader with a 'can do' attitude. Experience within financial services operations ideally with a focus on collective investment schemes e.g. OEIC, unit trusts, and line management experience is ideal.
