A Senior Corporate Actions Administrator is required for a world-leading global custodian, based in the London Docklands.
The purpose of this position is to provide day-to-day corporate actions administration for the custodian's securities client base across a variety of corporate events in global markets of both equity and bond instruments.
Responsibilities will be to communicate with both internal and external parties in a clear and concise manner, meeting time and cost critical deadlines. You will prioritise and process work accurately within agreed timescales and in accordance with procedures and controls. You will also comply with all current legal and regulatory requirements, recognizing market changes & the impact on processes.
We seek professional candidates with a proven track record of working in the securities industry within a combination of proprietary trading, investment management, brokerage or custody organisations.
