A world-leading alternative investment management business seeks a professional for hedge fund administration - transaction management. With a broad range of funds for institutional and private investors globally, the investment manager is known for its performance, innovative product design and investor service.

The overall purpose of this role is to contribute to the day to day operation of the London sales office by effectively handling deal entry and the associated liaison with clients and internal parties. The role is based in the transaction management team, working within the wider London sales team.

Responsibilities will focus on processing transactions, to include monitoring and reconciliation of subscriptions, redemptions and transfers. You will perform continuous liaison with the firm's intermediary network and internal departments to facilitate accurate and timely dealing. You will also ensure quality control of all deals entered.

Experience within the financial services sector is highly beneficial for this role. The candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of customer service and problem solving skills, and the ability to work successfully as a part of the team. An understanding of compliance regulations surrounding promotion of funds and AML is desirable.
