Position: Business Development Manager (Facilities Manager)
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Our client is a leading outsourced provider of Facilities management related services. This is a new role, you will be responsible for the development of FM business with private sector clients, the role will include:

*Develop solutions for new client requests
*Prepare (together Wider BD team) proposals for new client opportunities
*Maintain pricing model and overall commercial methodology
*Prepare and present new business proposals
*Develop opportunities for expansion with existing clients

Candidates will come from a "built environment" BD role - be it TFM, M&E, Consultancy etc etc. The role requires an articulate, driven and target orientated professional with drive and determination to succeed. Strong career prospects for the right individual.
