A Transitions Administrator is sought by a prestigious, renowned asset management house.

Based in London, the primary function of this position will focus on the opening of new client accounts; transferring in assets for new portfolios; the closing of client accounts; and stock transfers for existing clients.

Main duties and overall responsibilities will involve ensuring all KYC/AML documents/requirements are received/fulfilled in order to open/close an account;. You will be checking all documentation to ensure all information is loaded correctly to the system and complies with FSA regulations.

Experience of working in an administrative role within a financial services/asset management organisation is required for this role. The ideal candidate will be numerate, attentive, and willing to work as part of a team.
