Position: Facilities Co-ordinator (3-6 month fixed term contract)
Location: London, City
Salary: To £22,000 + Potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

A Facilities Co-ordinator is required by a leading insurance firm for a 3-6 month contract with the potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The Facilities Co-ordinator will support the Facilities Manager and FM team in providing an outstanding facilities service at their prestigious offices in the City of London. The Facilities Co-ordinator will be a main point of contact for any FM issues on site and must be confident in dealing with all levels and offering a strong 'customer focused' FM service.

The successful Facilities Co-ordinator will be extremely ambitious with experience of working within a facilities team. The Facilities Co-ordinator will have a good working knowledge of both hard and soft services and will be looking to take the next step within their career in FM.

Ideally the Facilities Co-ordinator will be hands-on and enjoy being both operational and customer facing, but will also have strong administration skills and will be coherent in using all window packages including word, excel and outlook.

As this is initially a contract position, the Facilities Co-ordinator must be available at short notice to start. Please only apply if you will be available to start by the end of Oct (at the latest) and already have experience within an FM role.
