Accounts Assistant required for a global consultancy organisation. As an Accounts Assistant you will work as part of the Financial Reporting you will be responsible for analysis of project financial costs and preparation and initial review of month end reconciliations.

As an Accounts Assistant your key accountabilities will include:

-Preparation, posting and analysis of project costs and accruals
-Initial review of month end subledger reconciliations
-VAT return completion and analysis
-Intercompany analysis and invoicing
-Month end account reconciliation and reporting
-Assistance in preparing bi-monthly cost reporting to project management teams
-Assistance with cash flow forecasting
-Ad-hoc accounts duties.

To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant you will ideally be a part/newly qualified accountant although experienced unqualified accounts assistant will also be considered. To be considered for this role candidates should have strong interpersonal and good oral and written communication skills. The successful candidate will possess strong accounting skills and have strong analytical skills.
