Position: Facilities Co-ordinator - Permanent
Location: Spain, Madrid
Salary: Up to 30,000 Euros
Must be fluent in Spanish and English languages.

An exciting opportunity for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join a leading global FM service provider who provide integrated total FM services to leading and well-known clients across the world.

The Facilities Co-ordinator position will be based in Madrid at their clients prestigious European HQ; supporting the Facilities Manager in providing an exceptional facilities service to this large and well-known blue chip client. The Facilities Co-ordinator will deal with day-to-day facilities and property issues on-site, being a main point of contact to the client and contractors you must be professional, confident and have excellent communication skills.

The successful Facilities Co-ordinator will have experience within a customer facing facilities role and will possess strong administration skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.

The successful Facilities Co-ordinator will ideally live in Madrid and must speak fluently both English and Spanish.

The successful Facilities Co-ordinator will be available at short notice or immediately and must be available to start beginning week of Jan 08.
