An Equity Derivatives Outgoing Documentation professional is sought by one of the world's largest and most prestigious investment banks. The role is based in the London Docklands.
The equity derivatives documentation team provides the support for all OTC equity products, from the semi-automated vanilla trades to the more complex structures.
Main duties and responsibilities will be to prepare equity derivative documentation using the 2002 ISDA equity derivatives definitions. You will provide assistance to the rest of the team on documentation queries, draft and check vanilla trades, and resolve documentation queries with the front office, middle office and product control areas.
A legal qualification is desirable for this role, and the candidate will demonstrate solid academic and/or professional qualifications. Solid experience of equity drafting is essential, as is excellent knowledge of the 2002 ISDA equity derivatives definitions.
